Sky Priority/First Class

I’ve traveled by airplane for as long as I can remember. My brother and I flew as unaccompanied minors each summer when we would visit my dad. We sat pretty close to the front because the flight attendants needed to keep their eye on us until we got to out final destination. We flew at a time when you had to walk outside and walk up the stairs to get on the plane. I see it just as clear as if it was yesterday, when the captain would give us pilot wings we pinned to our clothes like we really were doing something. Oh to be young🤗.

The longest ride I’ve ever had on a plane was during my military service to my duty station in Europe. Oh what I would give to have those years back (but I digress). The younger me wouldn’t have a care in the world and could hop on a plane in a minute, but only if driving wasn’t an option. As I’ve gotten older, the desire to be in close quarters with so many people just doesn’t have the same appeal as it once had and these last few rides have given me an unfamiliar feeling and I am not really digging it.

The entire First Class experience was this👌🏽 short of amazing. I hear you saying “well the plane is getting everyone there at the same time,” but it was just something about the Sky Priority/ First class security screening, boarding first, sitting comfortably buckled in my seat while everyone was still boarding, my own movie selections, the reclined seats and personal headphones and most importantly ROOM TO MOVE AROUND.

Many of you may have already experienced this luxury and possibly do it on a reoccurring basis but for those of you who have not taken the time to treat yourself just yet. GO AHEAD DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.
